Profile Middle East website is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. We want to provide a safe and secure user experience. We will ensure that the information you submit to us via our website at  www.profileme.ae (Profile Middle East) remains private and it is only used for the purposes set out in this policy.

What information will we collect? How will we use it?
We will collect your personal details, including your name, e-mail address and CV called Personal Information (P.I.). P.I. is information that can be used to identify you. We do not collect P.I. unless you choose to provide it to us. When you apply for a job opportunity, Profile Middle East will need some of your personal details, including but not limited to your name, email address, contact numbers. We can use this data to provide our services to clients which include providing your information relating to details of career experience, education and interests, to inform you about interesting job postings and other details you might find useful.  We only do this if you agree and subscribe. The information we gather on the website may be shared within the Profile Middle East subsidiaries and partners on a worldwide basis, including countries that might not have legislation that guarantees adequate protection with respect to your country of residence, in order to deliver these products and services.

Curriculum vitae (‘CV’)
We give you the option of submitting your CV via this website. You can do this either to apply for a specific advertised job or for consideration by our HR department for positions as they come up. Although your CV will be stored on our dedicated online server, it will only be accessible by Profile Middle East Operation & HR department. Your CV will also be e-mailed directly to our operation team who review your details and enter them onto our central in-house database. You can send us your CV at any time, simply by following the same procedure to submit a new CV. Your old CV will be replaced on our own data base.
The usage of Profile Middle East data base is allowed to Profile Middle East personnel only.

How do I find out what information you hold? Can I amend, modify or require my information to be deleted? Can I unsubscribe to your services?
You may request us to confirm what information we hold about you at any time and may request us to modify, update or delete such information. We may ask you to verify your identity and for more information about your request. We do not charge any administrative fee for this service. We will seek to act on your request in the timescale required by applicable data protection laws.
You may request to unsubscribe from job alerts and marketing material at any time. If you wish to contact us about the above matters please email us at [email protected].

How long will you hold my information for?
We are required by law to hold your information for as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory and contractual obligations and in accordance with our legitimate interests as a data controller.
We will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that your P. I. is maintained and up to date. However, you are under a duty to inform us of any and all changes to your P. I. to ensure that it is up to date and we will update or delete your P. I. accordingly. In particular cases Profile Middle East may ask for updates and/or amendments and/or clarifications of your professional skill, education and career.

Change to our Privacy Policy
Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this website so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any time we decide to use P.I. in a manner significantly different from that stated in this Privacy Policy, or otherwise disclosed to you at the time it was collected, we will notify you by email, and you will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in the new manner.

When someone visits  our website we collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We collect this information in a way which does not identify anyone. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally-identifying information from any source.
