Job summary
MISSION:
Responsible for identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities.
This involves in-depth market research, strategic planning, and effective negotiation to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s presence within the market.
TASKS:
- Conducting in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Infrastructures and Power sectors;
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements to ensure ongoing satisfaction;
- Identifying and targeting new business opportunities, establishing connections with potential clients and partners;
- Collaborating with recruitment and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and project requirements;
- Leading negotiations and discussions to secure contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions for both the company and clients;
- Developing and implementing business development strategies, setting clear objectives and KPIs to drive revenue growth;
- Exploring and pursuing opportunities to expand the company’s presence in existing and new markets;
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to establish a strong presence and cultivate valuable industry connections.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
- 15+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager dealing with engineering & services in the Oil & Gas (Onshore/Offshore/FPSO) / Infrastructures / Power sectors;
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
- Previous GCC Countries experience is a must;
- Preference to candidates already resident in the UAE.

- Working schedule: 8 hours x 5 days;
