Job summary


Responsible for reviewing construction schedules, monitoring progress, ensuring the highest quality, safety and efficiency standards.


  • Supporting in developing and implementing comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies;
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, government agencies, local communities, and other project stakeholders;
  • Interfacing between various project components, ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration;
  • Acting as a focal person between design, construction, and operational phases to maintain project continuity;
  • Supporting in executing effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and potential impacts;
  • Facilitating regular meetings and discussions to address concerns and align expectations;
  • Identifying and addressing potential issues and conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle;
  • Collaborating with project teams to implement effective solutions and mitigate risks;
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and approvals by coordinating with regulatory authorities;


  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
  • 7+ years of experience as Site Engineer, with a focus on Civil/Infrastructures projects;
  • Project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams effectively;
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction projects;
  • Previous experience in interface / stakeholder management;
  • Fluent level of written and spoken English.


  • Location: NEOM, KSA;
  • Contract duration: 1 year;
  • Working schedule: 10 hours x 6 days;
  • Starting date: February 2024.
