Job summary

MISSION:

Responsible for preparing contracts, negotiating terms, reviewing existing contracts, ensuring compliance, analyzing risks, and maintaining contract records.

TASKS:

  • Managing the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements;
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and alignment with project objectives;
  • Overseeing the execution and administration of contracts, including monitoring contract performance, deliverables, and compliance with terms and conditions;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records, including changes, correspondence, and documentation;
  • Evaluating and processing change orders, assessing their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget;
  • Ensuring that change orders are documented, approved, and incorporated into the contract management system;
  • Liaising with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and resolve any contractual issues;
  • Supporting the procurement team in negotiating and managing contracts with vendors;
  • Identifying potential contractual risks and uncertainties that may impact project budgets, schedules, and deliverables;
  • Collaborating with project teams to develop strategies for mitigating contractual risks;
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, legal standards, and contractual obligations related to contract administration;
  • Preparing and submitting reports and documentation as required by regulatory authorities;
  • Assisting in the resolution of contractual disputes, claims, and issues, working closely with legal and project teams to achieve timely and satisfactory outcomes;
  • Participating in the review and improvement of contract management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration;
  • 15+ years of experience in managing complex EPC Oil & Gas projects.

  • Contract Duration: 1 year;
  • Working schedule: 8 hours x 5 days;
  • Job Location: Milan, Italy;
  • Starting date: November 2023.
