Responsible for managing and organizing all company documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards and maintaining an efficient and effective document control system.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Management;
- 5+ years of experience in document control and records management;
- 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas sector;
- Native level of written and spoken Chinese language.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Developing and implementing document control procedures and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all documentation;
- Managing and organizing all company documents, including physical and electronic files;
- Maintaining a centralized document control system that includes document tracking, version control and change management;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate document updates;
- Reviewing and approving all documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards;
- Monitoring and ensuring document security, including restricted access to confidential and sensitive documents;
- Conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures and regulatory requirements;
- Training employees on document control procedures and systems;
- Continuously improving the document control system to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Location: Qingdao Yard, China;

Working schedule: 10 hours x 6 days;
