Job summary

MISSION:

Responsible for managing and organizing all company documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards and maintaining an efficient and effective document control system.

WORK ACTIVITIES:

  • Developing and implementing document control procedures and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all documentation;
  • Managing and organizing all company documents, including physical and electronic files;
  • Maintaining a centralized document control system that includes document tracking, version control and change management;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate document updates;
  • Reviewing and approving all documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards;
  • Monitoring and ensuring document security, including restricted access to confidential and sensitive documents;
  • Conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures and regulatory requirements;
  • Training employees on document control procedures and systems;
  • Continuously improving the document control system to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Management;
  • 5+ years of experience in document control and records management;
  • 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas or Power Plant

OTHER DETAILS:

  • Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE;
  • Contract duration: 6 months;
  • Working schedule: 9 hours x 5 days;
  • Starting date: December 2023.
