Job summary

The HR RECRUITER is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. It can be achieved through the development of local and international recruiting plans, sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas in line with local laws. Identify the government regulation and formalities to be fulfilled for both home country and host country. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring hiring the best talents.


Education and Experience

  • Master / Bachelor’s degree
  • Candidates with International HR certification preferred
  • 10 – 12 years of experience as Recruiter in Oil & Gas Industry
  • Proactive planner with abilities in implementing effective strategies for various business, identifying new market segments.
  • Study the market update and trends for complete Recruitment Life Cycle among different competitors and Head Hunt accordingly for the right fit candidates.
  • Demonstrable success with direct recruitment strategies
  • Acting as a trusted recruitment partner, taking ownership for the successful conclusion of projects
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of sourcing channels and contacts, behavioral and competency-based interviewing including ability to educate hiring managers in these skills
  • Proven negotiation, planning, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, management, candidates and the general public
  • Knowledge of best practice recruitment and sound recruitment processes


  • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, pre-screening candidates, salary negotiation till mobilization for multiple projects including but not limited to MENA region and CIS countries
  • Provide solutions for competitive sourcing
  • Analyze Man Months Plan for each project, forecast recruitment demand for timely mobilization
  • Develop & review sourcing plan with Line Managers and monitor the implementation to attract talent
  • Develop Statistic analysis in terms of quality of candidates for future deployment
  • Preparing advertisement and online job postings
  • Devise innovative and creative methods to attract new talent
  • Use different job portals, social media and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • Monitor the progress of mobilization and meet the timeline at each recruitment stage
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Work with Hiring managers /Project managers to resolve issues if any
  • Timely reporting of the recruitment status
  • Coordination with Government authorities for the accreditation of agencies on respective countries
  • Coordinating with PRO, agencies, and government authorities
  • Coordinate for visa & Ticket arrangements
  • Maintained recruitment tracker
  • Identify the top recruitment agencies
  • Liaising with local offices for recruitment related activities to obtain mobilization clearance from home country to ensure the proper waste management, including segregation


Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Contract duration: long term

Starting date: ASAP

Working schedule: 5 days per week/ 9 hours a day
