Job summary

MISSION:

Responsible for facilitating communication, managing interfaces, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the success and harmony of our projects.

TASKS:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies;
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, government agencies, local communities, and other project stakeholders;
  • Overseeing and managing interfaces between various project components, ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration;
  • Acting as a bridge between design, construction, and operational phases to maintain project continuity;
  • Developing and executing effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and potential impacts;
  • Facilitating regular meetings and discussions to address concerns and align expectations;
  • Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues and conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle;
  • Collaborating with project teams to implement effective solutions and mitigate risks;
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and approvals by coordinating with regulatory authorities;
  • Keeping abreast of changes in regulations and updating project plans accordingly;
  • Fostering positive relationships with local communities involved by the projects;
  • Implementing community engagement initiatives and addressing community concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  • 15+ years of total experience in complex EPC Civil projects;
  • 5+ years of experience in interface or stakeholder management;
  • Fluent level of written and spoken English.

OTHER DETAILS:

  • Contract Duration: 1 year (extendable);
  • Working schedule: 10 hours x 6 days;
  • Job Location: NEOM, KSA;
  • Starting date: February 2024.
