We are currently selecting for JUNIOR COMMISSIONING ENGINEER

Supporting in advising and testing the devices and machinery that are used in manufacturing processes, with focus on the systems and equipments involved in transforming materials into products.
- Supporting the review and assessment of piping engineering documentation, including P&IDs, isometrics, stress analysis reports, and piping specifications;
- Ensuring compliance with industry codes, standards, and project specifications;
- Collaborating closely with piping engineers, designers to ensure accurate and consistent documentation;
- Providing technical guidance and support in resolving piping-related design issues;
- Monitoring the integrity and quality of piping designs, verifying that they meet project requirements and safety standards;
- Conducting audits and checks to identify and rectify any discrepancies or deviations;
- Working in conjunction with procurement teams to ensure that piping materials, components, and specifications align with project requirements and design criteria;
- Reviewing and approving piping material requisitions;
- Overseeing the generation and maintenance of accurate as-built drawings and documentation for piping systems;
- Ensuring that final documentation reflects the actual construction and installation;
- Managing the documentation of design changes, including the evaluation of their impact on piping systems and associated components;
- Supporting the coordination with project managers and engineers to implement approved design changes;
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and relevant codes and standards in all piping-related activities;
- Promoting a culture of safety awareness and best practices within the piping coordination team;
- Generating comprehensive reports on piping coordination activities, documenting progress, issues, and resolutions;
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of piping engineering documentation.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
- 15+ years of experience in coordinating complex EPC Oil & Gas projects.
- Contract Duration: 1 year;
- Working schedule: 8 hours x 5 days;
- Job Location: Milan, Italy;
- Starting date: November 2023.
