Job summary
Mission
- Responsible for planning, estimating and scheduling maintenance works;
- Planning, monitoring and controlling progress according to the defined measurement criteria and work breakdown structure;
- Assisting in producing reports about progress curves, describing the outcomes and forecasting future tasks;
- Coordinating with planning and scheduling functions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
- 10+ years in Oil & Gas Offshore projects;
- Maintenance Background in Rotating & Static Equipments;
- Mechanical Engineering.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Planning and forecast maintenance routine activities;
- Requesting spare parts to be catalogued and added to preventive maintenance activities;
- Liaising with the regional SAP system administrator to add or remove obsolete materials from preventive maintenance activities;
- Monitoring and prioritising planning of future safety‐critical activities;
- Maintaining communication with Regional Planning Team on activity readiness;
- Planning for equipment isolation and safety precautions and estimate job step craft man-hour requirements.
- Monitoring the progress of the maintenance on a daily basis and giving feedback to Maintenance Supervisor, supporting the execution team.
- Ensuring onsite availability of all materials, manpower and service requirements.
- Preparing detailed job step plans in proper execution sequence, with details of craft man-hour and crew size requirements for each step.

Working schedule: 10 hours x 6 days;
