Main responsibilities
To verify that the marine operations foreseen by the project are conducted according to agreed procedures and in compliance with all applicable regulations making sure project technical integrity is met, providing support and assistance to third party validation and certification authorities.
Key activities
– Responsible for supervising all Marine operations relevant to Offshore facilties loadout, transportation and installation to ensure they are performed according to approved procedures
– Liaise closely with all parties involved to ensure proper planning and coordination of all marine operations
– Monitor marine operations and submit proposals for operational imporvements and cost savings
– Provide marine warranty survey service as requested and specified by Company
– Reports to Offshore Construction Manager / Installation Site Representative, Subordinates N/A

Minimum Education
Professional Qualifications
Certificate of Competence compliant with the IMO International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch keeping for Seafarers (STCW), Master Mariner.
Training & Courses
-Offshore survival course (offshore project) as per OPITO requirements
Languages
– English Fluently written and spoken
– Knowledge of project country national language is preferred

Duration: 12 months renewable
Schedule: 10 hrs a day, 6 days a week
