Job summary

 

MISSION:

Responsible for overseeing mechanical installations and operations during the construction of a solar plant.

TASKS:

  • Supervising the installation of mechanical equipment, systems, and components, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations;
  • Implementing and overseeing quality assurance procedures during installation, conducting inspections and assessments to ensure high-quality workmanship;
  • Collaborating with project managers and contractors to coordinate mechanical activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure project timelines are met;
  • Maintaining accurate records of mechanical installations, prepare progress reports, and document any deviations or modifications to ensure compliance;

  • Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations during mechanical operations and installations on-site.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field;
  • 15+ years of extensive experience during the installation and start-up of solar projects;
  • Proficient knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and components used in solar or renewable energy plants.

  • Job Location: San Severo (Foggia), Italy;
  • Contract Duration: 8 months;
  • Working schedule: 9 hours x 6 days;
  • Starting date: January 2024.
