We are currently selecting for PROCESS ENGINEER

Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing systems and equipment procedures for complex Oil & Gas projects.
- Developing, evaluating, and optimizing process designs, ensuring to meet project objectives, safety standards, and regulatory requirements;
- Leading the development and review of Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications;
- Conducting hazard and operability (HAZOP) studies and participating in safety reviews to identify and mitigate potential process safety risks;
- Specifying and sizing process equipment such as reactors, heat exchangers, separators, and pumps, ensuring they meet process requirements;
- Utilizing process simulation software to model and analyze process systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization;
- Performing material and energy balances to ensure efficient and sustainable process operations;
- Providing technical support during plant start-up, commissioning, and performance testing activities, ensuring smooth transition to full-scale operation;
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, standards, and codes related to process engineering.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering;
- 8+ years of experience in coordinating complex EPC Oil & Gas projects;
- Proficient in process simulation softwares (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II);
- Strong knowledge of P&ID development, hazard analysis, and process safety.
- Contract Duration: Long-term;
- Working schedule: 8 hours x 5 days;
- Job Location: Milan, Italy;
