Responsibilities – Key Performance Indicators

– Lays out daily work schedules and assigns tasks to appropriate individuals and coordinates the completion of the same
– To Ensure the employees work within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Occupational Health & Safety Procedures
– Improves work methods to accomplish assigned work
– Prepares and maintains daily, monthly, and annual reports and records, as assigned
– To Perform and assist subordinates in performing duties; adjusts errors and complaints
– To Ensure a clean and safe work area
– To Complete shift paper work

Authority

– To recommend better working practices
– To direct staff to wear appropriate PPE at work place
– To be part of the performance Review

Accountability
– To Ensure production target are met
– To Ensure quality as per standards are met
