Job summary

MISSION:

Responsible for developing and managing project schedules, ensuring the efficient and timely completion of civil/infrastructures projects.

TASKS:

  • Developing comprehensive project schedules, incorporating all phases of civil and infrastructure projects, from initial planning to completion, utilizing appropriate planning software (Primavera P6);
  • Coordinating with project managers and teams to allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, based on project requirements and schedules;
  • Monitoring project progress against established schedules, identifying potential delays, and proposing corrective actions to ensure project milestones are met on time;
  • Identifying project risks and constraints, analyzing their potential impact on schedules, and developing mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines;
  • Generating regular progress reports, analyzing project data, and maintaining accurate documentation related to project schedules, ensuring transparency and accountability;
  • Liaising with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment with project schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
  • Previous experience planning complex EPC civil/infrastructures projects;
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 software is required;
  • 6+ years of experience in the role;
  • Fluent level of English, written and spoken.
