Job summary


Responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance, implementing and maintaining quality management systems, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to uphold our commitment to excellence.


  • Implementing and maintaining effective Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements;
  • Developing and updating quality documentation, procedures, and manuals;
  • Conducting internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements;
  • Collaborating with project teams to address audit findings and implement corrective and preventive actions;
  • Overseeing the control and management of quality-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and version control;
  • Facilitating document reviews and approvals;
  • Collaborating with procurement teams to establish and maintain robust supplier quality management processes;
  • Evaluating and auditing suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements;
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in quality processes and systems;
  • Implementing initiatives to enhance overall project quality and efficiency;
  • Developing and delivering quality-related training programs to enhance the awareness and competence of project teams.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field;
  • 3+ years of experience as Quality Officer in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors;
  • Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems;
  • Familiarity with industry standards and relevant Oil & Gas quality requirements related to construction activities;
  • Familiarity in auditing and conducting internal and external audits;
  • Experience on documentation with MS office and excel.Fluent level of written and spoken English.
  • Previous Aramco Approvals and CBT are added value.


  • Location: Jafurah, KSA;
  • Contract duration: Long-term;
  • Working schedule: 10 hours x 6 days;
  • Starting date: January 2024.
