Roles & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the delivery, admin and evaluation of talent programs.
  • Participate in the development of tools and process for resource allocation / management, assessment, reviewing and developing talent.
  • Manage Key talents through skills assessments considering various skill levels required for various positions across the organization.
  • Monitor assignment tools to identify Technical & Behavioral Competencies for each job positions.
  • Participate developing retention & strategy tool.
  • Support the design and implementation of effective orientation programs for new hires.
  • Acts as global point of contact for queries regarding Talent Management policies and related processes.
  • Close coordination with projects in order to ensure resource allocation well in advance and communication with stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.
  • Participate in the monitoring and admin of Career Development, Career Plan, Succession Planning, IDP’s, etc.
  • Coordinate closely with project teams across MENA region to ensure seamless implementation of the Talent Management policies.
  • Provide support to HR Manager and management on the full spectrum of Talent Management related activities.

Experience

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in HR of which 5+ years in Talent Management
  • Must have experience in a mature HR / L&D function in large multinational business.
