Job summary


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement, contracts, and warranty management, with a strong background in ADNOC standards.


  • Oversee all warranty activities for EPC/EPCI projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement warranty procedures and processes to effectively manage claims and issues.
  • Collaborate with procurement and contracts teams to ensure warranty clauses are clearly defined and negotiated in all contracts.
  • Review and analyse contracts to identify and mitigate potential warranty-related risks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors regarding warranty issues.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors to resolve warranty claims promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all warranty claims, actions taken, and resolutions achieved.
  • Prepare detailed reports on warranty performance and trends, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all warranty activities comply with ADNOC standards and other relevant industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance and address any issues.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field). An advanced degree (Master’s) is preferred but not required.
  • 15+ years of experience in warranty management, procurement, and contracts within EPC/EPCI Oil & Gas projects.
  • Extensive experience with ADNOC standards.
  • Fluent level of written and spoken Italian and English languages.
